A passionate, creative and fiercely determined attitude towards all areas of life and studies, have meant I have been able to achieve consistent yet increasingly improved grades over the course of my time at Northumbria University. I am fully confident that this will culminate in a very successful final degree project which will demonstrate my understanding of architecture in it’s landscape as well as my own development as a designer.

I believe that my approachable yet productive nature, were key qualities identified by my peers when voting me to the post of Course Representative and Undergraduate President of the Architecture Society. And it is these same qualities, alongside a self-assurance and fortitude that mean I am confident of success within the field of architecture and beyond. The natural and innate tendency to take a lead that I posses, alongside a willingness to listen, accept criticism and work alongside a group mean I am comfortable in a variety of social and work environments and can adapt to suit differing situations.

I hope to complete a successful year out in practice beginning this summer, to learn more about the business and art of architecture as well as bringing my infectious enthusiasm to a design team.
